By accessing or using the website atithievents.com, or submitting an inquiry for wedding planning, corporate events, stage production, or artist coordination, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Service & Quotations
Preliminary estimates, budgets, or conceptual proposals generated via online inquiry forms or telephone calls are indicative and subject to formal written confirmation, site inspection (recce), vendor availability validation, and signed Service Agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, visual layouts, photographs, design concepts, and content featured on this website are the intellectual property of Atithi Events and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
4. Safety & Compliance
Atithi Events enforces safety standards for structural staging, electrical cabling, and decor fabrication for all on-ground setups. We prioritize the safety of guests, staff, and performers at all times.
5. Force Majeure & Cancellations
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, extreme natural disasters, pandemic lockdowns, or governmental bans, subject to the terms articulated in executed client agreements.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
